What to expect from your first consultation

Your first consultation with a Tydal GP is a thorough clinical assessment — not a rubber stamp. Here's what to expect.

Before the call

You'll have already completed your health intake online. This gives your GP a detailed picture of your medical history, lifestyle, goals, and any contraindications before you even speak.

During the consultation

Your GP will review your intake, ask follow-up questions, and discuss your treatment goals. This is a two-way conversation — feel free to ask questions about the treatment, potential side effects, and what to expect.

The consultation typically lasts 30 minutes. Your GP may determine that peptide therapy is appropriate, or they may recommend alternative approaches.

After the call

If your GP prescribes a protocol, the prescription is sent electronically to a compounding pharmacy. Your medication is prepared and shipped to you via cold-chain delivery. You can track the order through your Tydal dashboard.

Important to know

A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Your GP has full clinical independence and will only prescribe if they determine it is clinically appropriate for you.
