Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 March 2026

1. About Tydal

Tydal Health Pty Ltd (ABN XX XXX XXX XXX) ("Tydal", "we", "us") operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with AHPRA-registered medical practitioners for the purpose of peptide therapy consultations and prescriptions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tydal platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of Australia
  • Provide accurate and complete health information during the intake process
  • Not use the Service on behalf of another person without their explicit consent

4. Medical Disclaimer

Tydal is a technology platform — not a medical provider. All clinical decisions, including whether to issue a prescription, are made solely by the AHPRA-registered practitioner conducting your consultation. Tydal does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The practitioner may determine that peptide therapy is not appropriate for you. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

5. TGA & Scheduling Disclaimer

Peptide therapies available through this platform are prescribed under the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) regulatory framework. Some products may be prescribed under the TGA's Special Access Scheme (SAS) or Authorised Prescriber pathway. All prescriptions comply with current TGA scheduling requirements and are issued at the discretion of your treating practitioner.

Product information displayed on this platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute therapeutic claims. Individual results may vary.

6. Emergency Situations

Tydal is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not rely on this platform for urgent or time-critical medical care.

7. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tydal.com.au of any unauthorised use. You must not share your account or allow another person to access your health records through your account.

8. Telehealth Consent

By booking a consultation, you consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth (video consultation). You acknowledge that telehealth has limitations compared to in-person consultations and that your practitioner may refer you for in-person care if clinically appropriate.

9. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Prescription and compounding fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispensed.
  • If a consultation does not result in a prescription, only the consultation fee applies.

Refund requests should be directed to support@tydal.com.au.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software on the Tydal platform are the property of Tydal Health Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tydal Health Pty Ltd is not liable for any treatment outcomes, adverse reactions, or clinical decisions made by the treating practitioner. The treating practitioner is solely responsible for clinical decisions.

Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to Tydal in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Complaints & Disputes

If you have a complaint about our Service, please contact support@tydal.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 business days.

For complaints about clinical care, you may contact the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) at ahpra.gov.au.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, provide false health information, or engage in conduct that puts practitioners or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
